My Doctor switched me over the Junel from Loestrin last month. I have been on an emotional rollercoaster, sometimes I'm confused and have no control over my thoughts. I'm relieved that I am not the only one. At times I feel like I'm not really here. I have been off of Junel for about a week and am noticing positive differences in my mood. Some days I feel better, other days I feel worse. I'm just waiting for the pill to completely be out of my system so I can be myself again.

Since I started taking Yaz, I am more emotional and feel depressed. I use to be a very happy go lucky person...I dont even recognise myself anymore. My friends dont recognise me anymore. I am not going to take my tablet tomorrow as I think it is the Yaz causing it. I will schedule an appointment with the doctor as soon as I can. I cry for no apparent reason and feel angry about the silliest things.

I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have been taking Avonex for about 15 years. I credit Avonex for my ability to keep walking and to continue living a fairly normal life, with a family and a 20-hour job.
