I am so sorry for you side effects, but I must say I was happy to read your post!! I have Graves disease and had radio active therapy 10 years ago and have been on levoxyl for many years with no problems until now. I recently have been experiencing trembling of my arms, torso, and legs, pretty frequently but I only usually notice it at night. I was nervous to get the Mirena because I typically do not do well with any dose of hormones. The only birth control method that has worked for me in the past is the Paragard but unfortunately after about 6 months, my body rejected it. I absolutely love the Mirena and plan to use it until I am ready to get pregnant. I am 25 and have never had children. It helped with my infection a little, but I didn't feel like it completely cleared it up both times I used it. It also made me extremely nauseous, but I did not eat much with it.

Crestor helps lower my cholesterol levels with minimal to no side effects. It doesn't give muscle aches that the other medication for cholesterol are known to cause. I really like Crestor.
