This is my second round of Isotretinoin. The first time the results lasted for about 3 1/2 years before I started having bouts of cystic acne again (definitely related to stress). The first time I was on it I had a lot of joint and muscle pain but I have not experienced that this time around. I just started pristiq and have taken wellbutrin (450 mg) for a couple of years. I am taking pristiq and Wellbutrin ( 300 mg) now. Have you noticed any weight gain or sexual side effects? I have a very stressful job and have been extremely anxious and depressed. Thanks!

my daughter now has had brething problems ever since getting these round of shots. tightness in chest,wheezing,can't catch her breath, any and every breathing problem you can think of. we've had to take her to the emergency room and shes been to the doctor several times and still going to the doctor. she's had perfect attendance in school for over 6 years until this shot, now she's already missed 11 days of school at least this year. if i had it to do over again, i would've never gotten this... I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112).
