Sudafed 12 Hour made me a bit dizzy and drowsy throughout the day. I had to go into work that day and felt to drowsy to do anything. I suggest this medicine to those that expect to stay home for the day. It does affect the mentality, at least it did with me. I had difficulty concentrating on my tasks at work because the medicine actually made me not concentrate, I just felt like going to sleep.

I am 33 and my testosterone level was in the mid 300's. I was referred to a urologist and had my pituitary gland checked for a tumor and thankfully there wasn't one. I started taking Nuvigil because of a serious sleep disorder. The first couple of days on it, I broke out in a rash on my neck and face and developed bad headaches. I also clench my teeth all day everyday. I have sinus problems as well and I am gaining weight. Its been about 45 days now and I am still having those issues but I do not have the rash.
