This medication was given to me for strep throat, I guess it got rid of my infection but it tasted bad everytime I swallowed this pill, and I started getting slight diarrhea while I was on this medication. Besides, the diarrhea and the horrible taste to the pill there are no more complaints, but I sure didint like this medication too much due to the horrible taste and diarrhea.

Every now and then I when I eat something with high sugar content I experience a slight dizziness or imbalance. It last for about 10 seconds to a minute and then goes away...but really freaked me out the first couple of times this happened. I am not sure what determines whether I get dizzy or not. Captopril lowers my blood pressure effectively with mild side effects. I would recommend any one with High blood pressure to take this drug as well as a diet change
