Since menopause at age 58, I weighed 135 lb. I quit smoking 2-1/2 years ago and gained 15 lb. Lost that 15 lb. but then was diagnosed with emphysema 6 months after I quit smoking. I was started on Spiriva. Within 6 months I weighed 196 lb. and my A1c started to rise despite no change in diet or exercise. I went on a strict 1200 calorie diet, but couldn't lose. I suffered with sever urinary urgency. It was affecting my life. I was prescripted sanctura and changed my diet. Now I can live normally again. I have experienced some fatigue and dry mouth but the side effects are managable. I am very happy with the product.
