Agomelatine hasn't help my depression so far but will give it another month.I will probably go back to mianserin which has been effective in the past.

Have serious concerns about this drug.Causing extreme pain in all muscles.My Mum was able to walk three month ago, now she can barely stand up. Her back, arms and legs ache constantly, worse at night. She was diagnosed with an essential tremor years ago.I have never seen her like this, despite the tremor. I was on a variety of different fertility drugs for about 2 1/2 years. Decided that I didn't like the side effects of being on them, so I stopped taking all fertility drugs at once. i went to the doctor's with a tension headache - was prescribed fiorcet - however, the headache is still there - it dulls the headache. I think the only reason it feels any better is because it makes me extremely sleepy
