Aleve is the best pain medication I have ever used. I have tried a lot of pain medications, and none have worked as great as Aleve. It takes my pain away very fast and it is very effective. I would high recommend Aleve for people who have a lot of pain and need relief fast!

My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. On 150mg, I feel fantastic - have tons of energy, am happier, a little less hungry (which is great considering the weight gain that's happened with trying so many antidepressants), but I lay awake at night for hours. I find the withdrawal symptoms quite severe; a few years ago my doctor wanted to start me on something else but wanted to get me off Effexor first; within 2 days my sleep patterns were very disrupted with vivid dreams and restlessness, by the 4th day my body was shaking - almost spasmodic. I went back on the Effexor, but find that even one missed or delayed dose causes a hightened dream state, my mind starts to race and I don't sleep well at all. I fear going off it, but hate the dependency.

It really works well for me during allergy season. It treats every symptom I have much better than other allergy meds that i have tried in the past. Another great thing about it is that, it's inexpensive and over the counter.
