I finished taking my last dose the day after christmas 2009. I felt fine until it was actually time to take the next scheduled dose. That is when my life had begun to change. I think my pain is better when I take it. The easycaps are hard for me to swallow for some reason so I don't take it regularly. I really like that it is plant based with large enough amounts to actually do some good!

Ive been taking Centrum since I was in my teen years and it has always been adequate to supply the extra vitamins I lack through my daily diet. But lately I have noticed that I have been getting nausea after taking it, maybe taking it after a meal its better than without a meal. But overall, good experience with this multivitamin.
