Hydrocodone (dihydrocodeineone) bitartrate must be the most overpriced mild opioid on the market - now, since the withdrawal of the antitussive DICODID in 2008 (hydrocodone has NEVER been approved as an analgesic in any country except the USA) it is confined to the USA, which, according to WHO, consumed 100% of the world supply in 2014. I suffer from rapid-cycling biploar disorder & have been taking anti-depressants for just over 10 years - I've been through Prozac, Citalopram, Sertraline, the list goes on... When I switched to Lamicital it had a genuinely life-changing effect for me: I felt "normal" for the first time in my life! - The depression has gone but I still have a touch of the mania left - I wouldn't have it any other way...

One month after quitting smoking I suffered a fairly severe asthma attack and 3 episodes of migraine aura around 11 am daily (always had allergic rhinitis ,classic migraine which for the past 20 years or so no longer includes headache, just aura, and various food additive allergies), followed by a mild stroke causing temporary paresis of right leg from knee to foot.
