I thought it was the heat dehydrating me, humid weather causing arthritis flare-ups, menopause symptoms coming back, all at once. And maybe even something wrong with my thyroid medicine (a bad batch or needing a dosage increase) But symptom got worse when we went away from the heat on vacation.Towards end of our vacation my husband insisted I stop taking it and I immediately began to feel better. My nutritionist recommended Zyflamend to me for my fibromyalgia and ankylosing spondilitis as well as osteoarthritis which I have had for thirty years. I feel that Trazadone has helped me being more positive in day to day living. I don't think about committing suicide and i don't feel like i am a waste of space. I have had Trazadone in the past and requested these again from my doctor,as i feel there are not as many side effects as many of the other anti depressants. I would recommend these tablets to anyone who feels like they would be better off not living.

Benzamycin greatly aided in clearing up my acne, but in the long run, it made my skin very dry and irritated. I had to discontinue using it. With a moisturizer, my skin still suffered. Overall, it is effective but I would not recommend it for sensitive skin.

I am glad that I finally found something to regulate my periods and cramps. Everything else wasn't strong enough, and I ended up having breakthrough bleeding and a period every other week.
