I use this whenever I have aches and pains and when I have minor headaches. Unfortunately, it usually isn't strong enough to help me if I get a migraine but helps with some of the minor things.

I like it becuase it helps with sleep (to aleviate anxiety to fall asleep)---but when I wake up I seem "foggy"---and have VERY BAD short term memory (in the a.m.---ie. forgetting If I feed the dogs---10minutes after feed them..so I have to leave reminders for myself to make sure I did these things.....

I have occasional asthma (usually activity or allergy induced) and I used to use Albuterol before it was reformuated. The ProAir HFA is not as effective and does not come out of the dispenser very well. While it does help a bit with my asthma attacks the side effects are unpleasant and I avoid using the inhaler unless I completely have to. The side effects only last about 45 mins but they are still unpleasant.

I have been on several antidepressants over the years. My problems started with very severe panic attacks. For this condition, Paxil was amazing. Sometimes when your symptoms are severe, it will take at least 1 month before the medicine will really start working its purpose. Paxil did make me gain weight, but I still feel this is the best drug for me for those symptoms. I have PTSD, ADHD, Panic Anxiety, generalising Anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, anxiety, Social Phobia. I had never heard of xanax before I was told by my doctor. Psychiatry had medicated myself with all sorts of different antidepressant pills and antileptica!
