Definately helped me to stabilize my moods. When my spouse is gone though I can have bouts of suicidal thoughts, lack of energy. Need a booster with it. Very dysfunctional if a dose is missed in 12 hrs- dizzy, heart palpatations, unbalanced severely. But my life is still better with it

Lolav, I find that for sleep the alternative therapies work better and with less side effects then the pharmaceutical approach. I suggest you check with a health food store to see what they recommend. Valerian is good and so is just plain old hot milk before bed. There are stronger Ayurvedic or Chinese herbs that you can Google- some are common and some you have to go to India for. Loestrin did its job of reducing discomfort of PMS symptoms but I noticed an increase in my weight and I grew a full cup size in only a few months.

anybody taking Xyzal should really think about taking it. This medication was so bad for me I wish they would take it off the market. I reported it to the FDA with very very bad hallucinations, and now I am seeing a phychiarist who gave me zoloft because I was afraid to go to sleep. I even ran outside my home and into the street because I thought my house was on fire when it really wasan't . I even contacted the manufacturer telling them how bad this medication was.
