I have been taking Buspar (Burspirone) (5mg) for 6 weeks. I take 1-1/2 tablets (7mg) twice a day. I immediately noticed a warm feeling when I first started but after a month or so I didn't notice it as much. I have PTSD and anxiety has been a real problem for many years. I've consumed pomegranates not so much as for prescribed health reasons, but for a healthy diet. Although I have not seen any negative side effects as a result of consuming pomegranates, I have not seen any benefits either.

Since taking these tablets I have had headaches everyday which often turn into a migrain. Not sure why but my periods have also stopped (no I am not preganat). I always have had regular periods until taking these tablets. I also take a high dosage of thyroxine.
