I suffer from Fibromyalgia and a variety of chronic joint and muscle pain. I cannot take anti-inflamatories because I take Coumadin (blood thinner). I was prescribed Percocet after major shoulder surgery and found it was the 'best' pain releif I'd ever gotten for my whole body. I am on a relatively low-dose for chronic pain and yes, I know this is physically addictive. However, quality of life is addictive as well!!!! YES i AM 52 YEAR OLD FEMALE BEEN ON MED FOR 6 MONTHS HAVE NUMBNSS IN THIGHS AND WHEN STANDING LONGER PERIODS. ASKED Y DOCTOR OFFICE SHOULD I STOP TAKING MED SAID IT IS NOT FROM MEDICATION KEEP TAKING . I FEEL THIS IS ASIDE AFFECTED NOT NOTED. I WILL TRY DIFFERENT MED.

I was prescribed Adderall XR for adult ADHD. It definetly helped with the ADHD symptoms of innattention and lack of focus but I began abusing the adderall and took up to 30 XR mg, 3 times per day. Taking more than prescribed made me very aggitated, hyper focused and made my fibromyalgia nerve pain worse. I stop taking adderall al together.

The first time i used this drug it did not change my menstrual cycle but i did feel abit strange however the second time it did not work at all even though i had taken it within 24hrs of unprotected sexual intercourse. my mood changed slightly (more irritable) and i was more anxious, probably because i was not sure if the drug had worked or not.

This medication does not alleviate any cold symptoms except congestion. The taste is awful and causes a complete loss in appetite. Only used a few times then switched to another, better cold medicine.

Agomelatine hasn't help my depression so far but will give it another month.I will probably go back to mianserin which has been effective in the past.
