Benadryl is my first choice when I have an allergic reaction. I'm allergic to seafood, I take a capsul before I eat seafood and I don't even up with a rash.

I have taken hydergine for 15 years. I suffered from apnoea and hydergine effectively controlled the symptoms. While beneficial it seems otherwise to be benign. Now into my 80th year I remain mentally as bright as the brass button on a Warrant Officer's tunic. It also controls ADHD behavior up to 6 hours and probably has more off-label potential not yet discovered.

Azelastine Hydrochloride, also known as Astepro, has worked really well for me. I tried Omnaris before I tried Astepro. Even though I lean forward like the instructions say to do, I still get a very bad strange taste in my throat and tongue. I'm pretty sure that it is because it drains down into my throat, but the first time I tasted it, I had a hard time getting the taste off my tongue. Midrin was wonderful, but I grew out of it. According to my doctor, it really only works for kids and teens. It didn't always help with the full blown migraine, but it did wonders if taken at onset. I did experience a lot of nausea, but as long as I took the medication with food (hard to do with a migraine), it wasn't so bad.
