Took melatonin 300 mg for 4 nights. Excellent sleep first 2 nights; Unremarkable sleep 3rd night; vivid dreams and "drugged" feeling 4th night. Strange body odor and taste in mouth. 5th day, strange stomach distention (very mild gas), slight dizziness, grogginess. I have Hashimoto's so perhaps melatonin is contraindicted for daily use. Will continue to use occasionally for insomnia, but not more than 2 nights a week.

Well of course I stopped taking it, it almost killed me, if I wasn't actually dead for short periods. I was in total paralysis, having hallucinations that the walls were aglow with fire, and thinking that the toxic fumes from the (Non-existant) fire were keeping me from being able to move.Thinking that if I could only force myself to move I might snap out of it and escape, but I couldn't.Then the voices started, telling me I was already dead and why should I fight it anymore?Horrible, lasting... I had not taken Midol for a long time, maybe since I was about 25, so it has been over 20 years. I was cramping so bad however that I decided to try it again thinking maybe I would not experience the side effects- dizziness, feeling intoxicated. I will not take it again unless I know I can just go right to bed because I still had the side effects, but it did make the pain go away.

Colloidal Silver did not have a significant effect on me. I took it for it's antibacterial properties, and supposed immune support qualities, but I cannot say that it had a strong effect.

Excellent outcome from taking this daily. I've had chronic adenomosis (a type of endometriosis) for 29 years. Have been on norethisterone for 2 years to combat the condition, can honestly say it has changed my life for the better. No more disability from the extreme pain, no more exhaustion. It does have side effects of course- most common are no libido, weight gain, depression etc... I, personally plan to continue with this excellent medicine until the menopause is over and there will be no... View full comment
