Bactrim DS in the pill form has worked best for me. However, the cream is usually sufficient, it just takes longer than the pill to clear up.

It makes me feel better emotionally. I only have a slight increase in depression and some impatience. It makes me constipated. I sometimes have trouble going to sleep and staying asleep. I also sometimes have headaches. But overall it works O.K.

Although I had allergic reaction with each infusion, the side effects from the Taxol got better after 7-10 days. I didn't have nausea at all (actually had a very good appetite) except my stomach was queasy for about 7 days after 4th infusion. I had an odd taste in my mouth with excess saliva for a several days after infusions. Very tired but that too improves after 7-10 days. this is the worst drug I have taken and fought with Dr regarding it he does not belive on all the side effects listed with it or how it has effected. They say to report them right away and severe apperntly he does not know the drug.....

Smaller dosage with the option to self medicate every second or third day provides a rythm I can cope with and live with and the benefits are great for me. I don't get the personality change I did when I tried other anti depressent and drugs for the fibromyalgia and feel much more balanced. This has lead me to go back to school full time! and plan for a good career I can choose my own hours with good pay and benefits.
