I was forced to take this drug for a colonoscopy after I vehemently told the Dr that I didn't want it and to use a painkiller and not an amnesiac. He told me he knew best and just used Versed. I have IBS, I was wide awake in excrutiating pain, tears were running down my face and I tried to scream that I felt like a weedwhacker was turned on inside of me, but I was totally paralized!!! I take Sudafed when I have a head cold. It helps unplug my ears but it does not work everytime I take it. I do recommend it.

Agomelatine hasn't help my depression so far but will give it another month.I will probably go back to mianserin which has been effective in the past.
