I like that this is a multivitamin all packed into one. I was experiencing symptoms of iron and vitamin K deficiencies, and this has helped to alleviate many of those symptoms. I also just feel generally more healthy. It's nice to know I am at least coming close to necessary daily levels of vitamins and minerals!

Like Toradol, an EXTREMELY effective painkiller. Very useful for older patients who are not only often living in chronic pain, but also depressed, anxious, and becoming demented. Discomfort is known to cause many of the problems of nursing home patients, which in turn create ethical problems for staff, and then society in general. I'm not good at taking daily tablets--usually every other day, but still my cholesterol dropped 100 points. When I do take, my feet hurt when I get up in the morning. On days I don't take the medication, they feel better.

Well, my mood is better. I can get to sleep without every bad thing that has happened in the past 20 years going through my head. Have energy to get up and do things. Overall this stuff is great, except my sex life has gone to hell. I can get an erection, but it does n't progress any farther along, doesn't feel any better than peeing and no climax. But hell, at least I'm not depressed about it. really.

I had a bad experience with Nuva-Ring. I had originally been on the Depo-Provera shot for about 4 years before I decided to try something else.
