The constipation and change of appetite was un tolerable. I was taking pain killers for another problem and had to then sit really in pain due to extreme constipation, belly, abdomen, anus pain. I have had a rough year, worsened by this. it been more than 4 years since i have started to use IBUPROFEN becuase of my DYMEANOREAHA so severe, evenni been taking over dose though i am medical person and know the effecy what it would be . I am a 30 yrold woman with RSD I have a brain injury and have been taking narcotics for the last 3 years. I recently 10 days ago switchd o suboxone for painrelief and to ease wthdrawl. Well I am experoenceing headaches, major anxiey, my feet and hands are very swollen in the mornings and very aslleep I developed a bladder/kidney infection as well I am ready to go back to opioates fo pain relief this is hard.

Mesalazine

After I started taking Mesalazine together with Decortine ,the condition became better.I finished the therapy and after a few days the colitis has come back,complete remission of the decease. Now the situation is the worst.I am taking 3000 mg mesalazine per day.I have very strong abdominal pain,bloody diarrhea all the time,heartbeat,muscle cramping,gas etc. I am afraid that the Mesalazine does not doing its function and in my case I think that the side effects has been taking in action.

I have been taking Topamax for quite a few years. Topamax worked great when I first started to take it then I needed more and more. I think you build up an immunity to it.

Hydrochlorothiazide

For my hypertension, the doctor prescribed me hydrochlorothiazide, 1 tablet per day. But since this medication was making me feel extremely tired, he reduced the dose to 1/2 a tablet per day. I feel better, until now. Nevertheless, this medication presents some serious side effects, such as rheumatism and gout, and every 6 months I have to go to the hospital
