Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg. About two months after reaching full dosage, I started experiencing some side effects that I didnt recognize as side effects at the time. the best way i can describe it is that I started acting very unlike myself. Advil has worked for me every time that I experience a congestion when I have a cold. I take Advil because it helps me get to bed and sleep comfortably at night. I don't have to worry about having breathing problems.

I have taken this med for nearly 2 years now. It made me a little emotional (ok, crazy) the first month, and gave me cramps at first but after the first pack it all went away. I do occasionally get yeast infections but a couple of days taking probiotics will cure that. I recomend the probiotic Acidophilus, you can get it anywhere and it works great on yeast infections. It is a little expensive but its worth it to me to not have a period every month.
