Within about w two hours, I had all the diigestion-related symptoms of the flu (even though I do not and did not have the flu). I used it when I had a bad headache once and it worked wonders for me. It also provided a fair amount of relief when I got my wisdom teeth pulled. The variety of it is great, and even the chewable tablets are excellent (and taste well).
