I take low-ogestrel for birth control. Previously I was on NuvaRing, which I really liked and recommend. However, I was travelling in hot climates and NuvaRing needs to remain cool and I could not always keep it refrigerated, so I had to switch to low-ogestrel. I did not have any side effects with NuvaRing (skin complexion improved) and effects with low-ogestrel have been minor, but I don't like that I have to remember it everyday, because I don't.

You have to start easy with Zyflamend. One a day for a few days. There is nothing in this supplement to warrant stomach pain unless people are misusing. More is not better in this case. This is a very good supplement. Maybe people need to check other supplements for "duplication".

Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. Cymbalta has worked great for me, although I have experience very mild headaches and blurry vision. I would definitely recommend this medication to other people.

I haven been taking Levora for six months and have had a lot of hair loss and very bad acne. I stopped taking it this week. I hope my hair will grow back, it looks much thinner, especially in the front of my scalp. I am only 26 and used to have very thick hair.
