80 pound weight gain, developed type 2 diabetes in early 2000's and have it permanently. no one paid attemtion to my weight gain or blood sugar increase as i was taking this. the main individual giving this to me even acknowledged to me at the time that he knew it caused weight gain amd a bad craving for sweets but still prescribed it anyway until it was too late on the diabetes. i've since lost all of the 80 pounds i gained while Using Zyprexa, it tool me some time to do it.

After about 30 days of taking aprodine (like with many other allergy meds), my body seems to get use to it and it is not as effective as when I first took the medication...As a result, I often have to change to a different med.

Have been on 200 mg Zoloft for five years and it's effect were beginning to wane. My doctor weaned me down to 100 mg of Zoloft and added 50 mg Pristiq approximately three month ago. The first few weeks on Pristiq I experienced nausea and upset stomach along with severe lethargy. I was prescribed amitryptiline after a servere breakdown and agitated depression. It was due to stress at work, and my Doctor told me the drug would bring my neurotransmitters together, that the stress had knocked apart. It saved my life, as I was suicidal. When I was younger I was constantly sick. One time I had a cold for five months straight with a week or so in between that I wasn't feeling any cold symptoms. I pretty much took Azithromycin non stop when I was younger. Azithromycin worked very well for the first few times I took it, and it took my colds away. But, after time, I guess my body became immune to it and I could no longer take it.
