I had 2 shots of depo to help with my severe PMS. Whilst I was on it, I didn't notice a huge difference but when I decided to stop taking it, I never had a period for 11 months. I put some weight on whilst having the shots but put on even more weight after coming off it, gaining 2 stone in total. I have been taking Simcor for over a year. THe doctor has prescriber me 750/20mg once per day. I just recently got blood work done and my LDL has gone up, my HDL has went down and my Triglycerides have gone down. I am only 32 so I have to go back to the DR to see if this is the drug for me. I workout and try to eat healthy,I am 6'3 225. I know High Cholesterol runs in my family.

I have been taking Buspar (Burspirone) (5mg) for 6 weeks. I take 1-1/2 tablets (7mg) twice a day. I immediately noticed a warm feeling when I first started but after a month or so I didn't notice it as much. I have PTSD and anxiety has been a real problem for many years. The tender breast, and bloating were not pleasent as well as the sever sensitivity to emotions, mostly crying to Disney commercials. Other than that it did do its job in preventing pregnancy.
