It is great to use before or exercise. It also works once you are already out of breath. On the down side it can take 10 to 15 minutes to help you catch your breath. It makes you hyper and your heart beat faster.

I have been taking zoloft for 4 months and started off with 25mg then increased to 50mg and now I am on 100mg. I can definately feel a difference with anxiety and feel more outgoing. I took another medication which made me have hallucinations for 5 days. I then had to seek a phychiarist who put me on the zoloft. I didn't take the zoloft for the first week because of what might happen to me again but my therapist convinced me otherwise. If anybody wants to consider and take the zoloft it has c... When I started doxycycline, I would get extremely nauseated to the point where I would vomit. I then decided that instead of taking it in the mornings, it would be best to take it after my evening meal. It worked out great. My skin ended up looking so beautiful after being on it for like 3 months. No acne and no acne marks. I stopped taking it and when I hit age 20, m... View full comment

I've been taking Reclipsen for about 3 months now and it's been alright. Slight mood swings, little bit of nausea in the mornings, and some pretty gnarly headaches but thats it. No weight gain. No acne. No spotting. No cramping. I'm starting on the brand name version (Desogen) this month because planned parenthood didn't have any Reclipsen left, and I'm hoping that things will stay the same. I know technically they are the same pill but I've always been skeptical of the things that pharmaceu... View full comment
