The active ingredients of this medication are fexofenadine pseudoephedrine and hydrochloride.

It is primarily used in treating symptoms of seasonal allergies (hay fever) in both adults and children.

10 Jan 2012 Allegra has been the only allergy drug I've used and will continue to be the only drug for me as long as it continues to positively affect me and my allergies.

06 Jan 2012 Medicine works well. Pills are small and easy to swallow. When beginning use, it made me sleepy. Helped take away swelling in hands and feet.
