I have really bad cramps and when I take midol compared to pain reliever or pamprin It helps to the max level needed to be able to move about my day. During my period if I didn't have midol I would not be able to function for the first couple of days.

To those who had bad stomach reactions to Candex, did you make sure and drink it with a FULL 8 oz. (even more if you can) glass of water? Very important as Candex is all enzymes and they will upset your stomach if not diluted! I started taking Candex just last night for the first time (had to go on antibiotics this past week for strep and was experiencing some major itching, though I've been borderline systemic for some time now). I have strange dreams-when I wake up In the morning I cannot go back to sleep if I want to-I have all kind s of thoughts that run through my mind and it does not quit until I open my eyes and get up-like this every day-when I need to take a nap I will fall asleep for 20 minutes or so and wake up startled and feel lonely again-have that and I do not like it at all. may get off this med when I can.
