I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. the pil has been affective. I took it for about 8 or 9 years. I am no longer on it and have had my colesterol checked and my HDL was low and I have read articles that says that may be due to the birth control pill.
