I do have some muscle aches and fatigue. My biggest problem has been the shakes in the morning especially. After I have Nplate of 2 mcg it is really bad the next day. By mid afternoon and in the evening it subsides. Have not heard of anyone else taking it having the shakes.

I am a 42 year old nursing student and I don't think that I would be able to continue with the nursing program if I was not on Vyvanse .
