Stage 4 RCC Left kidney removed in Oct 2008. Metastasized to stomach cavity 2010. Treated with Sutent since early June 2010. Side effects unusual but not out of the ordinary based on info Ive read. As of today It seems to be helping but probably to soon to tell for sure. I feel fairly well and have been working right along so thats a positive. Attitude is good as well as support from those around me.

Off-label prescription for insomnia, co-administered with other serotonergics by an incompetent PA. Only took 7 half-doses, spaced over 2 weeks. Profound neurotoxic reaction included shock sensations, hallucinations of vibration, and eye-movement irregularities (seemingly permanent, as it has been over a year now). Unlike flonase, I don't seem to end up with as much of a dry nose problem. I like this. It also seems to burn a lot less when taking nasally.

I have been told to take stool softeners and the occasional laxative to help with constipation which worsen the bladder feeling. For the past month I have taken 3 stool softeners every night before bed time and the don't help. The stool become so hard, when I wipe I find blood from the lining. Concerta was the first ADHD medication I ever took. I took it for about a year, and during that time it worked very well. I would say that it is one of the best medications I have ever taken for ADHD. As I continued to take it, I noticed that it wasn’t working as well for me. I felt extremely unfocused, almost as if I constantly had a blank stare. I also began to get very dizzy and walking from one class to another was sometimes very difficult.
