I noticed blurred vision and tummy pain but I persisted and it went away in a couple of weeks. I feel so much better and the yeast infections are gone. I think my skin feels smoother and looks clearer as well.I am very happy! This is a mild supplement. I think if I had known about apple pectin, and drinking more water, I doubt I would have has these side effects! LOVE Candex, will NEVER be without it!

Completely loved the convienience of the NuvaRing, seemed that every month the side effects got progressively worse, started out with a headache that lasted a week, then each month I would get a headache the day I would put a new ring in, eventually I ended up with severe diarrhea that I couldnt even eat and left me with horrible abdominal cramping. Overall this drug was great. Even though I gave great skin now, my skin did improve. I thought my skin was really good to begin with but this just took things up to another level. I experienced a 12 pound weight loss and I was eating more then previous. I did have an increase in appetite but it didn't bother me because I was loosing so much weight.
