Let me make this short and clear: I was extremely happy on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo. Lutera has screwed me over in so many ways. For starters, I have never had a serious acne problem in my life and just three days ago my boyfriend came over and called me pizza face. I only took this after my wisdom teeth extraction. It was really great for the pain and seemed to even help the swelling go down in my face. The main downside was that it made me intensely sleepy. I basically slept those days away and didn't eat much. Not too much pain though so I was satisfied and came out of the surgery just fine.

I was diagnosed with degenerative facet changes, L-4, L-5. I had been on constant ADVIL for 1 month which does relieve the pain significantly. I was told about Zyflamend and that it was an "herbal supplement" with anti-inflammatory results. Since I wanted to get off the ADVIL, I tried Zyflamend.
