I think this drug was just pushed onto people because its a "non" stimulant, not because it worked. Iam 25 and have ADHD Inattentive. I already had a problem with anxiety,being tired, not being able to focus, and never having any motivation. Strattera just seemed to make everything worse! Although I must say it helps with anxiety...but I was so tired (constantly yawning ALL day) I didnt really care about anything. I tried Seasonique once I started being sexuially active again. The first month I developed a yeast infection, which is normal for me when I begin a new BC,then after 4 weeks I began spotting and breakthrough bleeding and this lasted for 2mths, finally I spoke to my OBGYN(who is a wonderful and amazing doctor) and he suggested that I stop that pack and start a new one(which he provided). Abilify made my blood pressure so low that I would have blackouts when standing up Abilify affected my body's ability to regulate body temperature. I would feel sick and feverish. My body temperature would be increased. I think the effects on blood pressure (not just orthostatic hypotension) are understated when taking abilify. I felt that this medication could have been life threatening for me.

I am only taking this once per day instead of twice as that seems to be enough although I need to check with my doctor about doing that. Sometimes I take it twice when I know I will be visiting someone with cats
