I have struggled with frequent bouts of insomnia since high schools. I've tried almost every prescription sleep aid on the market with less than positive results. They often left me feeling exhausted, had vivid, violent dreams, and overslept numerous times. Melatonin has been a life-saver. I take the 5 mg pill a half hour before bed and I sleep pretty well; almost the whole night through.

I am older, in my forties, and when I found out a friend my age got the vaccine, I decided to consider it. I have two friends with HPV and they have suffered a lot with treatments and such over the past few years. I wanted to avoid this for myself. I started taking Finacea for my acne together with spironolactone, so it is difficult to tell which effects are from which medication. However, I do not think that the Finacea has improved my skin significantly. This medication is fairly expensive. With good insurance it is $50/tube, but without insurance I believe it costs over $200/tube. I will likely discontinue my Finacea use soon.
