I'm 31 and have had nephrotic syndrome with flares every 6 months since I was 2. Bone density test shows my bones are stronger than most healthy people, but I drink a lot of milk. When I'm on Prednisone I cut salt out of my diet as much as possible (there's a lot of salt in milk) knowing that the more I eat, the more I will swell. i had a very bad allergic reaction to something that was supposed to help with my allergies in the first place.. it aslo had a poor smell and taste.

Tylenol works fine for my pain relief, but it seems to take longer to feel the relief than Advil. I prefer aspirin for pain relief from headaches because it works quicker.

Update: the Zyflamend is not effective enough for my rosacea which has returned somewhat despite my usage of the maximum dosage. I did get a five month break from taking the oral antibiotics which I think is a good thing and I plan to substitute Zyflamend, full dosage again in the future. In the meantime, I am continuing to take the lowest possible dosage to keep my arthritic toe and finger joints happy. I started taking Januvia a year ago because my blood sugar had began to go up while I was just taking Metformin and hadn't been doing anything different than usual. Since I started taking Januvia in addition to Metformin I have noticed that my blood sugar is much more stable.
