I have been using Flomax for two years. At first took every day. After the first couple of days, I noticed I was better able to empty my bladder, allowing for fewer trips to the toilet. Moderately effective pain relief, but wasn't strong enough for my specific case. I was in recovery from an internal-external hemorrhoidectomy, which is extremely painful. My surgeon recommended Oxycontin or Percocet, but my physician, knowing my history, advised against prescribing a more addictive drug, knowing my potential for dependency.

well before i started this method of birth control i was taking the depo and i gain about 20 pounds,now that i have gotten off that and tried junel method i haven't had any side effects yet and i've been on it for three months now,but by reading everyones comments makes me scared,but so far i like it

During the spring and summer I use tincture of fresh Hawthorn leaves and flowers. During the winter I switch to the fresh berry tincture. My blood pressure used to be 140+/98+ on a pretty regular basis with occasional peaks up to 200/120. After a couple of months taking Hawthorn tincture my usual bp is below 120/80 (typically 117/ 76) with occasional spikes up to 150/94. My heart murmur has also disappeared and I rarely notice any irregular heart beats.
