This was by far the worst experience of my life. I had taken other BC pills off and on since I was a teen and even though some were slightly bothersome, they were tolerable - I am now 35 and can't believe how awful this particular pill was. My nutritionist recommended Zyflamend to me for my fibromyalgia and ankylosing spondilitis as well as osteoarthritis which I have had for thirty years. Cymbalta has been the best medication for my panic attacks and depression. I have tried Paxil, Lexapro, Effexor, and Pristiq before Cymbalta, and had to stop them all for one reason or another. Cymbalta has the best mix of efficacy and tolerability for me. Each person is different. Do not listen to reviews like these; you must try the drugs for yourself. I have had a good experience with Claritin-D 12 hour. There are some mornings that I wake up and can barely open my eyes, because they are so swollen from allergies. I can't even function on days like that with out clarintin-D. I will have a runny nose, watery eyes, puffy eyes, and will be constantly sneezing until I take a claritin-D 12 hour, and I feel 10 times better.
