It worked for me. I had cystic acne on my back, chest, neck, face and after years of dealing with it I saw a dermatologist and he perscribed this. I had dry skin while on the drug but DUH! If you do any research about the drug it permanently changes your oil glands in your skin. I have noticed a slight chap lip years after I have taken it but no other side effects I have related to my accutane treatment. I have suffered from migraine's and daily headaches for the last 30 years and am currently seeing a specialist who has come to the end of their recommendations. Last year I visited the US and whilst out witout my usual headache medication bought the Excedrin Extra Strength Express Gels. tums is great for after dinner. sometimes if i eat too much, it helps me digest so I can relax and watch tv

I'm usually satisfied with Microgestin, but lately it's been inconsistent with relieving my pain and heaviness of flow. I also had irregular bleeding 2 weeks before my normal period. I'm unsure if this is normal or a problem with Microgestin, but it will be discussed with my doctor.

It helps some, but not enough to take when there are other drugs to help with allergies. The side effects are irritating and the benefits are not enough to keep take the drug.

I have been taking Avonex for about 15 years. I credit Avonex for my ability to keep walking and to continue living a fairly normal life, with a family and a 20-hour job. I think I would be in a wheelchair if I never took Avonex.
