I am age 50 and take this for alleviating peri-menopausal symptoms. My hot flashes include nausea and fainting, so I absolutely need a hormone replacement drug to keep me normal. The only side effect I have from being on this pill for one month is a bodily rash all over (like heat rash) and acne on my chest and neck! It's very gross! I know everyone is different, but I am hoping that more people have reviews like yours that they just aren't sharing! I should first explain that I did not take capsules. Moringa Oleifera grows here in Thailand and is used in Thai cooking. I ate the sap and had teas made of it, as other people do here. After taking for a few days, I had severe dizziness, strong stomach ache, pain on right side and an itchy rash on my chest. I notice that the symptoms I describe have already been given by other people Maybe I had too much? I will try it in small doses in future!
