I was on the brand medicaiton for about 14 years and just recently changed to the generic in the last year and there was a HUGE difference in the price, but no difference in what is was supposed to do. I really like this medication and i really like the results it has given me !!!

My mother was prescribed Actonel by a visiting locum within 48 hours she experienced a tingling sensation all over her body, followed by horrific pain in all her joints which has continued for another 3 weeks and is ongoing. She is also experiencing night sweats, often having to change her pyjamas twice during the night. She is 72, has diabetes and hypertension. I have used Aloe Vera for different skin rashes and for the occasional sun burn and it has always pulled through. I have not seen any side effects, but I've often had to supplement my use of Aloe Vera with other prescribed medications.

This drug makes me sleepy, drowsy and tired, right after I take it. And I usually take it after breakfast. I was taking one tablet before, and I went to the doctor to told him about the side effects of the drug. He advised me to rest for about 10-15 minutes after breakfast.
