This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. My wife took Prednisone for treating a rare skin disease. She started having severe side effects like chest pain, restlessness, increased heartbeat, feeling mental madness, high irritability. Afte 2 days of taking it she had to be taken to emergency for recovering from side effects.
