I was on TriNessa since I needed a generic for my insurance. I had no major emotional issues or weight gain. I think it did clear up my face--although I have never had a huge acne problem--only occasional breakout--which I had zero on this med. The problem for me was the breakthrough bleeding. I developed a skin rash that I went to my Dr about they did not think it was from the medication. It was round patches all over my chest and stomach and a couple around my eyes. That cleared up over time. Now my hair has been falling out for several months. I commonly have a "malting" time, so was not concerned at first, but it is rally noticeable now. Once you are on it, you can reduce the dosage. But it is difficult to come completely off it, however I was successful coming off it for a couple of years. It is hard to wean yourself off of paxil. It really helps with panic.
