I have been taking Effexor XR in combination with Lexapro for 5 years. Recently deciding to fast and cleanse I stopped taking both meds. Please do not stop abrubtly as I did. Follow the advice of your physician and wean off the meds. I experienced extreme withdrawls including sleeplessness, flash headaches, nausea, extreme sadness and suicidal thoughts. Hi, I have been taking Zyflamend PM less than a week. First time taking it, I noticed withen the first hour a sense of relaxation and peace. I began taking it because I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Also my joints, right knee have been giving me pain. I also have noticed in my hands and feet this feeling of lightness.
