I think Claritin-D 24-hour helped most of my symptoms but not all. It definitely alleviated my sinus symptoms, but it neither helped my dry, itchy eyes nor my sore, irritated throat. Throughout the years I have tried numerous allergy medications, and for OTC meds, Claritin- D 24-hour is the best that I have found. I started to take this for a condition called folliculitis, after a couple of days I had chronic heartburn, I stopped taking after 5 days of a 7 day course, because I was getting cramps, I took the last tablet yesterday morning and I am now doubled up with nausea and cramp, anyone got any remedies? :(

It worked for my cough pain. It just made me severely sleepy so I could only take 1 dose a day to function. And it also made me have some realistic nightmares which may show I'm sensitive to the drug.
