I had 2 shots of depo to help with my severe PMS. Whilst I was on it, I didn't notice a huge difference but when I decided to stop taking it, I never had a period for 11 months. I put some weight on whilst having the shots but put on even more weight after coming off it, gaining 2 stone in total. Ive been on this medication ever since I got diabetes, it has never given me any problems. I take 30 units in the morning and 15 units in the afternoon. And I have no complaints with this insulin shot.

Very effective at shutting down a migraine. The earlier in the development of the migraine the lower the dose I need to take. However.... over the last few years I have developed "chronic" or daily migraines and I think Zomig could be the cause. Have apt to see specialist to evaluate.

I started taking Januvia a year ago because my blood sugar had began to go up while I was just taking Metformin and hadn't been doing anything different than usual. Since I started taking Januvia in addition to Metformin I have noticed that my blood sugar is much more stable.

I was on 25mg for a year. I was fine. Doctor increased to 50mg a week ago and my head is about to explode. Headaches and migraines are driving me insane! Trying to figure out if that's momentary or not.

Since I have been taking Celexa for 13 years, I have noticed that when I do not take it, it creates a whole new being that is NOT nice to deal with in me!!! I mean I notice almost immediately that I have gruffer reactions, am short with people and have no patience and no tolerance. I get very angry, which is not something I normally have issues with. Sldo, og recent, I have noticed that I have become crowd phobic when I do not take my Celexa. I have urges to get away from crowds.
