I decided my senior year that after suffering irregular and severly painful and stressful menstral cycles and being in a three year relationship I should start considering birth control. i started taking Effexor because i wanted to find and anti-anxiety drug that i could take while pregnant. i have not had any side effects that would cause my day to day life to change for the worst.

woke up with severe pain in left eye; subsided, and then headache (in first month) rash & itching; used 2.5%cortizone;itching left & has now returned, on faced & eyes last time, now all over. Unbalanced when getting out of bed at night & morning. Vaginal thrush was very severe itchy and painful, and i used yogurt for a couple of days, the only relief i got was the cooling effect of the yogurt however it did not do anything for the thrush infection (it seemed to make it worse or not better at all) and therefore had to use gyno-daktarin instead.

after starting Azor I have experienced mussel and joint pain my eyes get dry and the bottom of my feet get real sore and its painful to walk. in winter I cough a lot at bed time I am clearing my throat all the time and the back of my toung gets sore.
