I have taken Ibuprofen periodically to help deal with pain, particularly in my lower back due to an injury and an occasionally for headaches. For the most part, it has worked. It has relieved pain to some degree and has made such pain more bearable. I have never experienced any negative side effects while using Ibuprofen, and really have not suffered from any type of side effect while taking this drug.

This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. I have had normal blood pressure, top number in the 120's-130's, bottom # in the 70's, all of my life, and now that I have been on Yaz for a year my numbers have absolutely skyrocketed. Now I'm getting readings anywhere from the 140's over 80's all the way up to the 190's over 90's!
