Since beginning Celexa, I have noticed a great improvement in anxiety levels and pre-menstrual agitation prior to menstruation. It seems that I have more patience overall feel more relaxed in tense situations. I noticed the changes within two weeks of taking the medication. I take one tablet of multivitamin/multimineral dietary supplement ane one tablet of glucosamine chondroitin every morning. Beside these I also do 1hour and 30 minutes exercise every day. Just as table tennis one houe and swimming 30 minutes.These will help my joints much better.

I get slightly flushed with Niaspam, but I take it with a baby aspirin and only when I'm going to bed. Some slight itching occurs, but I usually get to sleep fine anyway.

Cymbalta has been the best medication for my panic attacks and depression. I have tried Paxil, Lexapro, Effexor, and Pristiq before Cymbalta, and had to stop them all for one reason or another. Cymbalta has the best mix of efficacy and tolerability for me. Each person is different. Do not listen to reviews like these; you must try the drugs for yourself. Just because one person has a bad experience does not mean you will as well. Everyone seems to love Lexapro, but it didn't work at all... View full comment

I am blessed to find a medication that will control my colitis but do have issues with a few side effects. I have a real down time about 4-5 days after my injection. I get very withdrawn and somewhat depressed and to myself.I get very tired and just try to push through but some months are worse than others. I have also noticed my memory and focus seems to be getting worse. Other than that I am really happy with it.I know all medicines have side effects and I can deal with them to have a life.

I confess overall i am very happy with Amisulpride, as I feel happier, more confident, less anxious, less phobias, less weight, more sexual energy, less funny thoughts, less depressed. But, I also feel confused, drowsy, with severe insomnia and abstract concentration difficulties. 8 out of 10!
